The Greatest Compliment We’ve Ever Received

As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting on how far we’ve come—what’s worked, what hasn’t, and, most importantly, whether we’re staying true to our mission: making fundraising and auction software as easy and friendly as possible for nonprofits.

One question I always come back to is: Are we truly making a difference for the organizations that rely on us?

This year, one moment stands out as a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.

A while back, I was on a Zoom call with one of our regular customers. She’s a seasoned fundraiser with a well-established nonprofit, so her perspective carried a lot of weight for me. As we wrapped up our conversation, she said something that has stuck with me ever since:
